Con Crud Again

I'm figuring what I picked up I got at the hotel or it was incubating when I went to the convention. Either way this has not been a fun 24 hours of my life. I did manage to keep my word count going (10457 so far) but that was about it.

I had grand plans of things I was going to be doing but all this came to a halt when my gut decided that it didn't want anything in it and removed the contents the hard way. So now I am a day behind on some household chores that need to be done along with some other stuff that needs to be done. And I don't know how much I am going to get done today. It really depends on my gut.
