RTBTCKI (Fall is in the Air Edition)
Oct. 20th, 2007 09:05 amGosh, that was it for questions? I'm kind of amazed.
Pending approval, my editor said that the Doctor Who anthology which has my story in it will be coming out early Summer 2008.
Ariel, Caroline, and I went out for dinner last night as Peter opened "Man of La Mancha." We went to a Japanese place that we like. Caroline had Udon (buckwheat noodles) and for the first time used chopsticks to eat the noodles with. They had these "training" chopsticks that allowed her to pick up the noodles. After a little practice, she had the motion down and a great time eating her dinner. She amused both the owners of the place and us. She was so proud of her achievement as were we.
We had a bunch of high winds and rain roll through the area last night. No tornados that I know about but we do have lots of leaves and branches on the ground which need to be picked up. Caroline and I will probably do that and put out the Halloween decorations as well.
We still haven't come to a final decision on Caroline's costume but are leaning towards Cinderella which she already owns. Considering the number of costumes she owns that fit, I don't think I am making her one this year. But this could change by the end of the week.
I think the NaNoWriMo is going to be the Shakespeare one since it is the older of the two ideas and I know it is something that has not been written yet.
Think good thoughts for Ariel as she takes the PSAT this morning.
I am grateful for comfortable mornings.
