The Rest of Farpoint 2007

We are back at home. We got back in the afternoon but I had such a bad night sleep that I went and took a nap that went on a bit longer that I though and then I went bowling. I have a new high score of 196. Then dropped back to my average 107 game. Once home I slipped on the ice and went down hard on my hip and bounced the back of my head off the ice so I have a bit of a headache.

Farpoint Sunday was a series of panels about a variety of subjects that I know about. The puppetry panel was well attended with a mix of new and old people. We ended by doing a rendition of Manumana for a 18 month old. It worked out well.

Dealers room was nice but there really wasn't anything that struck my fancy.

I ran into Richard Pini and caught up on news about this that and the other. Richard is one of those friends who is always comfortable to talk to. It is like we just saw each other just the other day even though it can be a year or so. He and Wendy are going to be at the New York Comic Con next weekend which we are going to as well. Caroline is going to be happy to see Wendy again. She was all smiles with Richard at the Masquerade.

So nice convention run by a great group of people and we had fun and are looking forward to next year.

I am grateful to be home safely.
