A Light coating If that....

You know how they say, "A dusting of snow." That is how the world looked when I got up this morning. That someone had taken a shaker of powder sugar and just coated everything with a light dusting of snow. Now unless it is in the shade, the snow is gone. Next Tuesday is our next chance for the white stuff.

Didn't get much done yesterday. Need to get more done today.

Caroline has a habit of developing family units with her stuff animals. Today she tore through all her stuff animals until she could find all her sea turtles (Crush, Squirt large (which became the Mommy of the group), Squirt small and some Nintendo turtle that I recognize from the Mario game) Currently they are taking her various little Mermaids around the room on their backs giving them a ride to the Island where she has set up her pink blankie at a tent for them so they can be cool. I can listen to her tell stories as she goes all day. Oh now Nemo has joined the group to go swimming.

Off to do something productive today. Anything would be good.

I am grateful for my mother's pancake receipt which I found out this morning I have memorized.
