A little bit of catch up
Sep. 25th, 2006 11:20 amToday is the first day of the rest of your life.
I saw that on a poster years ago and the phrase stuck with me. It is a very Zen-like phrase to be pondered upon. It tends to come back to the forefront of my brain on occasion. This was one of those mornings. I think part of it stems from the hellacious headache I woke up with. I think it is sinus and not the beginnings of a migraine. Whatever it is I would like it to ease up on my poor head. It might be a lack of caffeine so I am drinking a big cup of coffee.
Today I want to complete my paper dolls for a swap I am doing with one of my on-line doll groups. I have part of it done but I had to stop to get the house in order for company. It looks really nice this morning except for the toys all over the floor. That is next on my agenda. Pictures of the rest of the Doctors after I recharge the camera battery (yeah I know you have heard/read that one before.)
I just found out (while typing this blog) that John M. Ford has died. I met Mike at a number of conventions over the years. I think we even did a panel or two at some point. We lost one of the good ones.
I am grateful for time.
