Fog, Ape, and Puzzles
Dec. 14th, 2005 09:23 amOne of those mornings that it is hard to put two thoughts together much less an entry on the web log. I took Nyquil last night and had the weirdest dreams. I awoke with a major case of fuzzy brain. I woke up because I heard Caroline calling to me over the baby monitor with the most pitiful voice. She is losing her voice and she was squeaking this morning.
Peter and I have arranged to go see King Kong this morning. We have wanted to see this since we first heard that Peter Jackson was going to direct it. We do enjoy the original and try to ignore the remake. December has been a good month for movies.
My brothers and their wives both sent Caroline interlocking puzzles for her birthday. She loves both of them. She is working out the mechanics of putting them together but she has gotten it down for the most part. She does get upset when she can't put two pieces together because they don't match up. This reminds me of when she was younger and wanted the round peg to fit in the square hole. I lost count how many time we put together those two puzzles yesterday.
I am grateful for things that amuse my daughter.
