The iBook is off to be repaired. The error was on Apple's end not DHL which dropped off and picked up the box the same day. If I have any luck, it should be back either Friday or Monday. I do miss it so.
The article about the hazards of multi-tasking was in the Monday Issue of the Long Island Newsday. I think you can still get it through their site without cost but am not 100% positive. Yes, I still read the Newspaper in the morning usually with my first cup of coffee. I start with the comics and then go for the news section.
Bringing children into this world seems like a crapshoot, but I am willing to make that gamble. My daughter is the future wrapped up into a curly headed, full of smiles little girl. I have no idea what she will be when she grows up but I am willing to bet she will be good at whatever it is. Baby giggles and Baby hugs renew your hope for the world. It is also an eye opener to see the world from a new point of view.
This morning is a lot about timing. Ariel has to be at camp at 9am and Caroline has a Mommy and Me class at 9:30. Peter worked until 3 am on his next novel for TOR. I have done quite a bit this morning already. I just hope to keep up the pace this afternoon.
I am working on a stuffed cat pattern for a swap I am doing. Right now I am having some trouble with the head. The body was easy. Bodies, legs and arms always are easier than heads to create. So I am onto head #4 but probably will find a use for head #2 and #3 (#1 was redone to become #2). It is an interesting exercise in spatial relations and seams.
