And I am feeling good.

I have felt very even the last week, which is a nice change of pace.

I have been mostly offline. I think that helped a lot.

Work has been helpful to keep me away from that which raises my blood pressure. It keeps me engaged and thinking with mental muscles I haven’t used in a while along with a few physical ones.

I have had more clarity about things in my life and things that seemed overwhelming are not as much at this point.

I have no idea if this is going to last but I am enjoying it right now.

Today I have a couple of projects that need to get done and started depending on the project.

If I get everything done, I plan to post a crafty Tuesday about it.

I am grateful for evenness.
