Not much to say today or rather not much to say publicly.
My back has taken a turn for the worse and I have limited time that I can sit up before the pain just goes over the edge and I have to lie down again. So, I am picking my shots when I am able to sit up.
I have a follow-up after I get an x-ray. I am hoping to get some answers after that.
It’s hard enough isolating but being unable to take my walk is devastating.
I am grateful for the time I can sit up.
