Getting Ready to Travel Again

My mind is split between the here and travel time.

Tomorrow I am off to Florida to pick up Caroline and spend sometime with my family.

My brain is racing through all the things I need to do before I go and all the things that need happen once I am there.

There are three sets of things to think about.

Getting ready to travel.

Getting the house ready for Peter.

Getting ready for Dragon Con. (Yes, I do prep work before I do my panels thank you)

I have to deal with the cats, laundry, packing, and cleaning along with a couple of errands that need to be run before I leave.

I want to spend sometime gathering up some materials I am going to need for the work I am doing at the beach.

I also need to find some books to read at the beach.

Caroline has given me a few things she needs me to bring with me.

So I guess I will start with A and work my way to Z.

Just got to get the ol’ brain to focus the direction I need it to focus.

I am trying not to think that the weekend after we get back is Shoreleave.
