Peter is off to BEA today (and part of tomorrow)

He is signing at the Marvel booth if you happen to be there either day.

I have a list of errands and little things that need to be done around the house today so I will be busy while he is gone.

One of the things I need to do is going to be hard to do in the rain but I think I figured out a way to get the job done without too much trouble. I just need to gather my supplies before I start.

I think we are going to see UP this weekend. I do know that we have tickets to Kooza which is our usual anniversary present to each other when the cirque is in town. Caroline is very interested to see this one. It will be her third Cirque show. She was just over a year when she saw her first one at Disney on New Years Eve. She also saw Corteo at the age of 3 and 1/2. So those are our weekend plans.

I am grateful for finding boots for Caroline so her shoes aren't soaked by the time she gets to school.

I'm really looking forward to UP and so are the kids. It was a toss up this week between that and the Blues/Jazz festival. Turns out music wins over popcorn and Disney. :chuckles:

It finally stopped raining here. Finally. But everything still smells really wet.
