I want SNOW not RAIN

This time of year I start itching for some snow. I am willing to deal with it and shovel it but I like snow. (I can hear my mother roller her eyes from here when she reads this sentence.) However we have a warm front moving through so we have rain and more rain. I know there are other parts of the country that would take water in rain, sleet, or snow just as long as they get some. But for me, snow is what I want.

I might get the decorations up outside and then again I might not. Depends on the weather.

Caroline was happy that she could use her earmuffs this morning. She looked so cute in them too.

I need to sit down and sort out the rest of the year and the beginning of the next. Hard to believe in less than a month it will be 2009. The year seems to have gone by in a blink.

I thought that the end of Boston Legal made a lot of sense giving the directions that the show went in. So now for the first time in 20 years, David Kelly doesn't have a show on Network TV. Too bad. I also love the next to the last show were they touched on ageism and gave their commentary on the cancellation.

Off to do some laundry that didn't get done this past weekend.

I am grateful for earmuffs that keep my little girl's ears warm.

by tonight we should have another foot of snow (18 inches total in some places). With more expected tomorrow and Sunday.

I'm just sayin' ;)

I would like a little snow. We had some this past weekend, but the heat went up so fast it melted in a few hours.

But it would look pretty.

Side note of no import that your David Kelley comment made me thing about.

Except for "Kath & Kim", NBC's entire slate of new shows has been effectively canceled. Everything's gonna play out the string, but it doesn't appear that anything has been renewed. While network TV is suffering all over the place, NBC has a lot of problems.

Geez.
