They have lost the repair

Apple don't know nothing about my computer right now. But they are looking into it as in where the iBook is. *sigh*

This could be really bad.

UPDATE: DHL managed to find it and it has been sitting in the local warehouse but they swear it will get to Apple today. Now the fact that Apple doesn't have the ticket for the repair in thier system anymore concerns me.

I am grateful that I won't be losing any pictures at the point.

It could turn out to be a good thing- if they can't find it quick, they'll give you a new machine :-)

I finally found someone at DHL who had sense and gave me the tracking number for the package. It was sitting in their warehouse and was JUST shipped yesterday (over night my ass)

That's really odd... I've never had a problem w/ the boxes, and never had them take more than overnight in either direction. And i've done this probably 10 times, at least, for myself, and others...

I think you hit the fun week jackpot.... Sorry about that, it kinda stinks!
