They have lost the repair

Apple don't know nothing about my computer right now. But they are looking into it as in where the iBook is. *sigh*

This could be really bad.

UPDATE: DHL managed to find it and it has been sitting in the local warehouse but they swear it will get to Apple today. Now the fact that Apple doesn't have the ticket for the repair in thier system anymore concerns me.

I am grateful that I won't be losing any pictures at the point.

It could turn out to be a good thing- if they can't find it quick, they'll give you a new machine :-)

Gods, now I feel guilty about my replacement power cord arriving so quickly.

Do you still have the Dispatch number or the Case number written down to "refresh Apple's memory" as it were?
