It's Monday after the Superbowl
Well my apologies to the Seahawk fans that my luck took a turn for the better and the Steelers won. To the Steelers fans congratulations my picking the loser streak is now over. Over all I thought it was one of the more interesting Superbowl games because it was not a blow out on either side. There were two points you could feel the momentum shift from one team to another and those were both interceptions.
The commercials were fun with some being better than others. I can't say that I liked Kermit the Frog shilling for Ford with the song that I heard Ray Charles sing at Jim's memorial service. The MacGyver commercial had me giggling once I realized what was going on. Some of the bud commercials were really funny. I did like the Jackie Chan and the stun can. I did not get the Godaddy commercials but I have a feeling I was missing some information. The Nimoy commercial was a scream but probably meant more to me since I am a Star Trek fan.
After the Superbowl Caroline was still awake and she was in one of those moods. Peter was going through the guide and found the perfect show for Caroline to unwind to on Animal Planet. Puppy Bowl II which was a whole bunch of puppies in a "stadium" with chew toys. She was entranced. She also loved the kitty half-time show which was a "stage" and a whole bunch of kittens. This got her to the point that she felt tired enough to go to bed. I found out I can get a DVD of this "event" and I just might.
I am grateful for the time my family spent together last night.

I'm just kinda giggly about it because this was the third commercial I've seen that features Brandon Quinn. (http://darkravenette.livejournal.com/497741.htm)
