A fews words of encouragement to those Sitting on the Fence

I am participating in the writing contest called the LJ Idol. This is the 5th season of this contest so a lot of the bugs have been worked out of the system.

I would like to encourage everyone who reads this to think about joining up. I learned a lot about myself as a writer during the last season.

Yarrr. He Be Home Now

Peter got back from his journeys on the west coast at 6:30 this morning. Caroline was very happy to see her daddy this morning as was Ariel. Peter is currently asleep in our bed and I don't expect to see him until afternoon.

In other news, it is Talk like A Pirate. Google now allows you to set your language for Pirate which I have done and it is pretty doggone amusing.

So I think I am going to pull out the Disney Pirate films and a couple of Errol Flynn's and just immerse myself in all that is pirate. Or pull out all my Captain Harlock and spend the day with Space Pirates.

So ye be having a scurvy good day.
