This is Robbie

This is Robbie Greenberger who I can now be less cryptic about since his father went public on his blog about what is going on with him.

I have known Robbie since he was about nine and we were on stage together for a Mystery Trekkie Theater sketch. He saw Dead Jedi. (The title was the Sith Sense).

Robbie is good buddies with Ariel and a member of the Scooby Gang that hangs out at Science Fiction Conventions. Caroline thinks he is the bee's knees and calls him affectionately Robbie Rotten (a Lazytown Reference). She is always happy to see him.

He has been a warm body for me in a number of sketches I have done at both Farpoint and Shoreleave. The picture is Robbie as J.M. Barrie in our skit "Depp Charge" which he got to tell Johnny Depp about who apparently thought it was a hoot.

So think good thoughs/prayers/energy for Robbie. He has a hard road ahead of him but he is a tough kid and is always up to a challenge.

I am grateful that they caught this before it went too far.

Heath Ledger found dead (not a joke)

It came up on my radio that the NYPD has reported that Heath Ledger was found dead in his Manhattan Apartment by his housekeeper.

Kind of puts a different spin on the Batman film don't it?

I will always enjoy his performance in 10 things I hate about you and A Knights Tale.

He was 28 years old and at the top of his game.

I am stunned.
