Ah the freezing of the video tape! I remember that so well for a number of costumes. When we did our Labyrinth costumes, I had the DVD but still it was a lot of freeze framing to try to see the details In the end I did something slightly different but in the spirit of the chest piece that Jareth was wearing. Two months later I had the costume I was copying in front of me on display. I could see all the details I missed but it wasn't a bad recreation.
