1. Find the things you love to do & do them, regardless of any politics going on.
2. Find the people you trust to have a "home" base with. So even when you're frustrated with the organization, you still have a comfortable place.
3. Stay in long enough to learn "how it works." Once you get the idea of how it all works & why it works that way... it's a lot easier to deal with.
