Many give it a look because they are fans of my husband. But just as many have come to it because of who I am and what I do.

I hope what happens is that people who met you through Peter realize you've earned the PAD Seal Of ApprovalTM. (PADSOA! Sounds like food. Kind of a Thai-Chinese fusion.)

I met you through him and his work (I've been reading him since Vendetta and Q-In-Law), and stuck around because you were interesting and thoughtful and other good things. I like the process of revealing oneself through blogging: anyone who does it enough shows a lot about themselves eventually. I know I have.

I got my lessons in writing carefully before I blogged, because in the mid- and late-90s/early 2000s I'd write "blast e-mails" to a few dozen people. I got called into the office of my supervisor in 2002 about a work-related blast e-mail that had gotten back to him, so he could tell me not to do that anymore. So by the time I started blogging in late 2004, I knew to be careful. Have mostly avoided drama since then. Sorry you still had drama. Glad you're still blogging.
