What beach do you all go to? My parents used to take us on vacations every summer as kids, rarely to the beach though, and my mom always packed a big bag of toys that she would hand out to my sister and I every so often so that we wouldn't get bored. One of her best ideas were these little plastic handheld counters, push the button and the dial shows one, push it again is shows two and etc. and then she'd say "why don't you all count the number of red/yellow/blue cars?" and we'd be entertained for what seemed like hours. When we got to high school we'd always go to Florida for a week in the summer and I'm happy to say that she's rented a house and we're going again in a few weeks! I haven't been to the beach in over two years and am pretty excited.
