Clearing the Head
A short one as I am getting ready to go to the gym to exercise.
I have been doing this since January and it has been going pretty well. I have lost weight and my energy level is better than it has been before Caroline was born.
The other thing I like is that I can feel my mind clearing from the fog it has been in. I can put thoughts and ideas together and it sticks rather than vanishing back into the recesses of my brain.
I missed most of last week due to random things but I got back on the horse (or elliptical machine) and plan to keep it up because I could feel my sharpness dulling.
I am grateful that I can exercise.
