A Quiet Weekend Home
This is one of our rare weekends that there is nothing on the calendar that we have to or want to do. There was one thing but that got punted after a few pieces didn’t quite fall into place.
Probably for the best since we have added to the clowder of cats here at Casa David with Phoebe who is a lovely little muted tortoiseshell colored kitten. She is a purr monster and very much a lap cat. She has picked Peter as her human. The other cats are adjusting to her with varied success. I haven’t had to break up any fights so I take that as a win.
There are projects to be done here and I plan to take the weekend and do them.
Next weekend finds us with several things we want to do and the opportunities in place.
Hard to believe that it is almost October.
I am grateful for a free weekend.
