Tampa Bay Comic Con 2016 Day 3 and Heading Home
This convention is making it easy for me to pack us up and get us out of here and I appreciate that a lot.
My mind has made the shift from being at a convention to getting us home with all that we have to bring home. Not a big problem but I have to play with the weight ratios so our luggage won’t cost us more than what it has already cost us. My rant about baggage fees in light of lower fuel costs, which was their excuse, is too long to post.
It has been nice to see friends that I keep up with on Facebook and the like and finding out that they are doing the same. Makes catching up that much easier.
I got to show a really great Loki cos-player and his wife who build the whole suit and staff for him pictures of the short staff so they could see some of the detail that is hard to see unless you are right on top of it. I also gave them an idea on how they could do an effect with it based on what they had already. They were happy for the info. They had done their based on the scale action figure but that staff is missing a couple of lines/grooves.
So today is packing along with any last minute things we need to do before we go home.
I would like to thank everyone at the Tampa Bay Comic Con for doing a stellar job of making sure we were taken care of. We appreciate the time and effort you put in on our behalf.
I am grateful not having to rush the packing today.
