Getting Ready to Go.....Again

I still have a lot to do around the house. I figure I'll start in the kitchen and work my way around while doing laundry. Then I have to pack myself and tomorrow I get up early to catch a plane to LA (knock on wood about the weather). Sunday we have Brad and George's wedding to attend and then I am on a plane back to New York so I can get Caroline off to school on time on Monday.

Once I get back, then I can reassess what I need to do about a number of things but this weekend feels like an extension of all the travel we did in August. I can't really think past this next trip.

To the various ladies who have asked about the Boots costumes. I will be getting back to you once I get back from LA. Yes, I will be making them this year but it will be a limited number. My biggest fear was not finding the correct cloth for the blue and I found it yesterday at my local fabric store. More on that after I get back.

I will be selling off the Gawblin Boys (and Girls) once I get back as well so watch this space to see how you can own one of the first set of these critters.

I might be putting some Monster puppets out there too.

I am grateful that Caroline got off to school with minimum fuss about her hair.
